Dad went to the hospital today to get surgery for the busted up arm I mentioned in a previous entry. Well, I have been informed that after a four-hour surgery session, dad's doing okay!

Why wait until now for the surgery, you might ask? Well, I won't go into specifics. Just know that dad went through more than one doctor who said that his injury was "beyond what they could do." That is all I am going to say, for it will send me into a raging rant if I went any further.

Anyway, good to hear about his successful surgery. Though I will have to brace myself for a very grumpy dad coming back home.

Oh, also, my brother gave me Rammstein's Mutter CD as a (very)belated birthday gift yesterday. Thanks again, bud!
